“Lack of soul satisfaction comes from working only for what is consumed.”
What exactly is your intent when wake you rise every morning? Why do you go to work every day? A paycheque?
What about school..? If you’re a student, what’s your reasoning for that?
All the labor of man is for his mouth, yet his soul is not satisfied. Ecc 6:7
As we enter into Monday, let’s cultivate our thoughts. Why are we doing the things that we do.
Here’s some things to consider:
If you’re a full-time worker, your place of employment consumes most of your time. Are you fulfilled there?
For the students, your area of study, why are you pursuing it? To just make money? What’s your motive?
Is your journey all about you?
I’ve been moved to think about these things for quite some time now, and it’s truly been a beneficial thought process. I encourage you to do the same.
