EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

-All sunglasses sales are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.


-If there’s an issue with your product, or for some reason you received your item and it was damaged in transit, please send an email to sales@goldthelabel.com and we’ll happily address your concerns.
-GTL by Gold The Label merchandise can be returned within 5 days from delivery date.
-All returned/exchanged items must be in resalable condition having not been WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED. All tags must be attached in and original packaging must be in tact.

-Any issued store credits must be used within 14 days from receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for any return fees.
