Summer Sidekicks

Anyone who knows me, knows accessories have always been my thing! Whether it was an arm full of stacked bangles from my teen years or oversized sunnies. Which were and still are my favourite go to accessory! Let’s not forget the shoes! We all know about my love affair with shoes! I’ll leave them for a separate post though, today, let’s talk sunnies and small cross body bags!

Travel Diary : Barcelona

Last stop on the euro-trip was Barcelona! I travelled to Barcelona 3 years ago around the same time of the year, and I have to say my first experience was better than this time around. The city was still as colourful and as beautiful as I remembered but it rained the WHOLE time we were there, and, it was cold.

Travel Diary: Paris, Bustronome

My highlight was a bus tour restaurant. The concept stated on their website is:
“The BUSTRONOME is a high-end double decker bus that stands out in particular for its panoramic glass roof. He drives its passengers into the Parisian atmosphere in the best conditions whatever the season.

Travel Diary : Paris, France

Next stop, France!

Paris, France.

This was my first time in the city and I can’t wait to get back! I could actually see myself living here, I loved it that much. I’m not quite sure what it is about the city, but it has me completely enamoured! The Parisian architecture is unmatched with so many beautiful, intricate, little details. I loved every bit of it!

da Costanzo Capri

While in Capri we stumbled upon a store called da Contanza. They specialize in handmade leather sandals. Anyone who knows me, KNOWS this process was one I had to experience. I got to select the style and colours along with the strap width and texture. It was so cool to watch my sandals come to life, completely customized for me! The shoemaker has continued the trade that has been passed onto him from his father. They’ve been in operation since 1963.

Travel Diary I : Italy – Capri

OK, so I know it’s been a minute!

I can explain…
What had happened was, I had final exams and all the hoopla surrounding them. Right after my last exam I had to rush around to get ready for my BFF’s wedding in London (soooo HAPPPPY for her)! That was SUCH a beautiful day and if she’s cool with it maybe I’ll share some of the pictures I snapped. Before I knew it, I  was heading across the pond with not a moment to spare!
